This year’s 2023 World Dog Surfing Championships BEST WAVES Video & Photo Competition, open to fans and surfers alike.

The World Dog Surfing Championships BEST WAVES television special on ESPN the OCHO was a big success, and we plan on repeating the program again in Summer 2024.

With that in mind, here are some important items:

  • All dogs that were included in that television special (August 2023) are eligible to use the following logo on their pages, sites, social media, collateral, signing, etc. It says “As seen on ESPN the OCHO”
  • The next World Dog Surfing Championships BEST WAVES television special on ESPN the OCHO will feature many of the entrants and winners of this current BEST WAVES Video & Photo Competition.
  • We encourage all entrants – fans and surfers alike – to submit their best original videos from 2023, as well as their best photos (photos will be featured in a separate project)
